In celebration of Tony DiPardo’s 100th birthday, the Chiefs are launching the Tony DiPardo Fan of the Year Contest on kcchiefs50.com.
A different winner will be chosen for seven Chiefs regular season home games. Winners receive a commemorative plaque, four tickets to the game (including parking) and an opportunity to be on the sidelines during pregame warm-ups.
After the first seven games, a panel of Chiefs employees will select the 2012 Tony DiPardo Fan of the Year from the seven nominees.
The Fan of the Year winner will be recognized at halftime of the December 23rd home game against the Indianapolis Colts and receives an opportunity to attend the 2013 Chiefs Cheerleader Calendar trip (destination TBD).
Also, a customized plaque identifying the 2012 Tony DiPardo Fan of the Year will be displayed in the Chiefs Hall of Honor throughout the 2013 season.

Nominate friends, family or yourself and write up to 200 words explaining why your nominee should be the Tony DiPardo Fan of the Year
Each entry requires the submission of up to three photos
A panel of Chiefs employees, including Tony’s daughter Patti DiPardo-Livergood, will select one different “nominee” to attend the first seven regular season home games as the “Tony DiPardo Fan of the Game”
- Nominees receive a special plaque, 4 tickets to that game, 1 parking pass and the opportunity to be on the sideline during pregame warm-ups
The nomination process is open now and covers home games from September 9th through December 12th (seven total nominees)
These nominees, including their photos and stories will be featured on kcchiefs50.com during the weeks between the December 2nd and December 23rd home games

- A duplicate of this plaque will be displayed in the Chiefs Hall of Honor throughout 2013

- The opportunity for the winner and up to four guests to be on the field during halftime
- The opportunity to attend the 2013 Chiefs Cheerleader Calendar trip (location TBD – Aruba in 2012) for the winner & one guest
